The purpose of storing personal data
The purpose of storing personal data is to handle and respond to queries about the event. The data is not used for marketing purposes without a written consent.
Data retention
Personal data shall be stored until the end of the event, after which it shall be deleted.
Data disclosure
Personal data shall not be transferred to third parties. Personal data can only be processed by parties involved in organising the event and only as much as is needed in order to carry out the services.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to obtain information about the personal data that has been stored in the register concerning them. The data subject also has the right to request the rectification or erasure of their personal data, or to object to the processing of such data. Requests shall be sent to info@otsecfinland.fi. For information security reasons, the data subject shall be required to show a proof of identity.
